Michael Jackson and ex-wife, Deborah Rowe, have settled their legal battle over custody and visitation rights for their two children.

Her lawyer stated, "We're still dealing with the details but it addresses all of the disputes between the parties. I can't say anything about the terms of the settlement but I don't think it would have happened if both parties didn't agree it was appealing to both of them."

Judge James Gibbons threatened Naomi with arrest after she didn't to show up in Manhattan Criminal Court to face charges of assaulting her housekeeper.

Pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht said the drugs caused cardiac dysrhythmia. He got the toxicology results from National Medical Services in Willow Grove, Pa., on Wednesday.

Dr. Wecht said, "In my opinion it's an accidental death."

Girls Gone Wild creator, Joe Francis, pleaded guilty to two felony charges of failing to document and maintain records of age and identity of underage women, who weren't afraid to show their "stuff".

Joe entered his plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, fulfilling a bargain he struck two weeks ago with federal prosecutors in Florida.

Per the deal, Francis will personally pay $500,000 in fines, while his Santa Monica-based Mantra Films and a related company, MRA Holdings, must pay $1.6 million in penalties and submit to outside audits of its bookkeeping. In exchange, Francis will not serve any time.

Steven Tyler has been living with the duff disease hepatitis C, a blood-borne infection that can potentially lead to fatal liver damage, including cirrhosis or liver cancer.

Steven tells Access Hollywood host Nancy O'Dell that he was diagnosed three years ago but had contracted hepatitis C several years earlier without manifesting any symptoms. He's been taking a year's worth of pills and injections containing the antiviral drug interferon.

"I've been pretty quiet about this," Steven says then adding that his physician recommended he undergo the strict interferon regiment three years ago when the group took a break. "You know, it really hurt. It was a bad, bad period."

"It is nonexistent in my bloodstream...where it's like a complete cure," says Steven.

Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake still haven't spoken since the 2004 Super Bowl Malfunction. Janet revealed on Oprah that "she plans to reconcile with him in her own time".

"Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler has been arrested...one more time. LAPD arrested Jason on Friday at 5:30PM for misdemeanor battery and set his bail at $20,000. According to LAPD documents, he was released Saturday afternoon.

According to police, Jason and a female companion, Kristen Deluca, were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. There was a physical altercation and police were called to the scene. After police arrived on the scene, Jason and Kristen were both arrested for battery.

It was only three weeks ago when Jason arrested in New York and charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery. According to the court documents, Jason was obstructing traffic by standing in the street and creating a public disturbance. Officers then attempted to handcuff the 19-year-old, but he resisted. When they performed a search on him, they allegedly found cocaine in his pants pocket. He was then allegedly tried to bribe officers into letting him go.

Is it me of has J-Lo aged like an entire degade since she's died her hair and eyebrows darker...DUFF!

On again off again...Lindsay Lohan and harry Morton are back on...we think! They are obviously duff and dont know what they are doing. But apparently after having broken up on Thursday evening...they got back together ove the weekend.

Shortest engagement EVER!!

Just six days later...and duff singer (and literally a baby) Aaron Carter has called off his engagement to Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche.

Kari said she and Aaron made the "mutual decision" on Friday. "He's really young and just needs to get his act together," she says. "I don't know what's going on right now. We're friends and maybe we'll get back together sometime. We haven't ruled out getting back together."

Carter's rep confirmed the split. "He decided he had made a mistake. He's young and got caught up in the moment. He hopes they can be friends."

From TV to radio...Oprah Winfrey has made the move over to XM Satellite Radio where she launched her own station.

'Oprah and Friends' will air today, September 25 as a 24-hour station that will play the highlights of her TV show as well as special segments hosted by regular guests including besty Gayle King (and lova!), fitness expert Bob Greene and poet Maya Angelou.

An argument escalated into a physical fight, and Yvonne "was pushed and dragged across the house, resulting in scrapes to both knees," Los Angeles city attorney Rocky Delgadillo said in a statement.

Yvonne called the police from a locked bathroom in the home and Lou was arrested and held for about 10 hours and then released.

If convicted, captain duff may face a maximum of one year in jail and a $2,000 fine. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 18.

People reports the following altercation between Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz, and one annoying photographer:

Cameron Diaz has filed a police report charging a photographer with assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly trying to hit her and boyfriend Justin Timberlake with his car.

"On Sept. 19, just after midnight, Cameron Diaz filed a report with the LAPD," police officer April Harding tells PEOPLE. "The incident happened on the 1600 block of King Road in Hollywood."

According to the actress's report, "Diaz and Justin Timberlake were leaving a friend's home when a photographer hiding in the bushes tried to take a photograph of her," Harding says. "They both then chased the photographer for a short distance.

"The photographer then got into his car and drove toward both (of) them, causing Diaz to jump out of the car's way. She felt the driver was trying to hit both of them, and so she filed the report. She's alleging assault with a deadly weapon, with a vehicle."

Harding continued, "No arrests were made. We currently have no suspects, and the investigation is ongoing."

On Wednesday, photo agency X17, for which the photographer in question was working, posted a statement on its Web site saying that the photos were taken on a public street and that "the pictures show … at least two people verbally and physically assaulting" the photographer.

A spokesman for Timberlake insists that the pop star was never physical with the photographer.

"He didn't touch anyone whatesover," the rep says.

Matt LeBlanc and wife Melissa is officially over. TMZ has obtained documents filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court that outline the details of their divorce settlement.

The couple will share joint physical and legal custody of their two year-old daughter Marina. The documents outline that Matt is also responsible for 100% of the costs that may stem from private school tuition, uninsured medical costs, the services of a nanny and must pay for his daughter's college expenses. The court says Matt is a "high-wage earner," and will pay $15,000 a month in child support.

As far as his former wife is concerned, the couple had entered into a prenuptial agreement before they were married. Melissa waived her right for spousal support based on a cash amount she received from that agreement, the terms of which are confidential. A source directly connected with the couple, however, tells TMZ that the prenup made Melissa "a very rich person."

Aaron Carter, younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, proposed to his girlfriend Kari Ann Peniche on stage last night in Las Vegas. What the....he's like a baby!

Aaron initially planned to go directly to a local chapel but decided a proper wedding needed some planning. The couple plans to be married in the next six months.

Lindsay Lohan was rushed back to the hospital for a second time after suffering terrible pain from herr broken wrist. Did she think it was going to be a day in the park!

Boyfriend Harry Morton rtook Lindsay to the Century hospital in LA because her injury was causing her so much pain...apparently the docs didn't give her enough meds. Dont they know she has quite the tolerance these days!

Lindsay, who had flown from New York to Los Angeles on a "business" trip on Saturday night, was met by her own private doctor in the emergency room.

She was given more pain medication and released after several hours.

Trooper Willliamns searched the vehicle and found approximately 1 1/2 pounds of marijuana and about 2/10 of a pound of mushrooms.

Nelson, Tony Sizemore, Bobbie Nelson, Gates Moore, and David Anderson, 50, were issued misdemeanor citations for possession of mushrooms and marijuana and then released.

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to St Vincent Hospital hospital in NYC on Friday after she fell during the Fashion week party at the Milk Studios, in New York. Turns out she fractured her wrist in two places. DUFF!

Leslie Sloane Zelnick, Lindsay Lohan’s publicist, confirmed that she fell over while walking in an outdoor area in flat Chanel boots. Lohan’s driver immediately drove her to the hospital where her met her all the way in from Long Island.

Christie Brinkley has finally gotten some sense and filed for divorce from Mr. Duff, Peter Cook.

This came as a shock to Peter as he didn't really expect things do go down this route. He actaully thought he could mend the relationship after the crap her pulled.

David Aronson, he business partner was quoted saying, "He was hopeful that they would be able to work through this and continue their marriage. He is saddened by the fact that she has decided to move forward, but he understands that's her right and he will respect that."

When David was asked if Peter was looking to reconcile with Christie he said, "Absolutely. He made no bones about that to her and the few times he's spoken to the press. He hoped they would work through their problems and continue with their life together. He loves his children and family."

Carrey will voice the title character and Steve Carell will voice the Mayor of Who-ville.

Nicole Richie was a guest on the Tyra Banks Show where they discussed her much talked about weight loss and body image.

She said, "I definitely wouldn't mind gaining a few more pounds at all. I think that people's weight fluctuates. It happens. It happens to everybody."

Nicole blames her duff weight issues from stress and from having paparazzi constantly following her around. She seaks support from her therapist and nutritionist who help her deal with her stress issues...(not too well obvi).

"I just thought it was important to get the right team around me to make sure whatever I put in my body is helping me put on weight," she says, "and slowly but surely, I am doing so."

Nicole said she was not anorexic at all. "Absolutely not. One-hundred percent not. I am not anorexic. I am not bulimic. I do not have a eating disorder."

All things turn to the drugs! Her chest remain concave...and until some weight is finally put back on...she will remain pegged as anorexic.

U2 is back in the studio with producer Rick Rubin. The group has been at work on the untitled album since last month. While in the studio, U2 will be joined by Green Day to record a cover of Scottish punk band the Skids' "The Saints Are Coming."

Paris Hilton was arrested in Hollywood Thursday for allegedly driving under the influence

Officer I. Isabella told the Associated Press that Paris was pulled over just before 12:30 a.m. because she was "driving erratically."

Isabella statement was as follows: "The officers observed that Hilton exhibited the symptoms of intoxication. A field sobriety test was conducted at the scene and the officers determined she was driving under the influence."

Paris was then was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and then released. Paris' rep, Elliot Mintz, said that she was picked up from the police station by sister Nicky and Nicky's boyfriend, Kevin Connolly (E from Entourage).

Steve Mintz also said that paris had just spent the day shooting a music video and had been on her way home from a charity event when she was pulled over in her Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.

She drank one margarita at this event and that her symptoms were "probably the result of an empty stomach and working all day and being fatigued." DUFF!

It was then said that police had detected only the minimum level of blood alcohol that could be cause for an arrest (California's legal limit is 0.08 percent).

British graffiti artist Banksy changed 500 copies of Paris Hilton's new CD, Paris, with picture on the album sleeve to show Hilton topless and with a dog's head and adding stickers advertising her "hits" such as "Why Am I Famous?"

He also replaced the discs themselves with CDs of remixed music by a musician identified only as "DM."

Banksy was able to do all this in 48 record stores across the U.K., including Virgin and HMV branches and independent shops.

A spokesperson for HMV tells the BBC the chain has recovered seven copies. He said no customer has complained or returned a Banksy version of the disc. "It might be that there will be some people who agree with his views on the Paris Hilton album," he says.

A rep for Virgin Megastores tells the BBC that staff are searching for the altered CDs but having trouble finding them all. He adds, "I have to take my hat off – it's a very good stunt."

Steve Irwin, better know to us as the The Crocodile Hunter, was killed today, Monday, during a diving expedition off the coast of Australia

The Croc Hunter was stung by a stingray while filming a documentary called Oceans Deadliest at Batt Reef, Low Isle off Port Douglas at about 11:00 a.m.

The police released a statement saying "his crew called for medical treatment and the Emergency Management Queensland Helicopter responded; however, Mr. Irwin had died."

John Stainton, who was on board the boat told the Associated Press that the Croc Hunter "came on top of the stingray and the stingray's barb went up and into his chest and put a hole into his heart."

Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell, found bruises on her daughter, Bluebell's, arm. Geri had left Bluebell with a temporary nanny. When she returned, she found Bluebell screaming in distress and with bruising on her arm.

Police are investigating the nanny and a Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "We emphasize that the allegations of abuse are of a physical and not sexual nature."

Pete Doherty didn't have to go to jail today after a judge who is a fan of Pete's latest single, "The Blinding".

Pete's sentence for possessing drugs was pushed back after appearing at Thames Magistrates court in East London to face five counts of possession of crack cocaine, heroin and cannabis, and for a review of his drug treatment order.

This duff judge actually admitted to liking one of his songs.

Doherty was originally arrested back in April hours after being sentenced for a previous drug offence. Magistrate Jane McIver, called it a "deliberate flouting" of the order.

But she also said she was impressed that he had tested negative for heroin and crack cocaine (he deserves a medal now?) as part of his drug treatment order, and ruled that he would not be immediately sent to prison.

The best news all week came when it was announced that "Beverly Hills 90210" was coming to DVD. Holerrrrr!
Beverly Hills, 90210: The Complete First Season will be released November 7th. The six-disc set contains all 22 episodes of the 1990-91 season, with commentary on select episodes from writer and executive producer Darren Starr and behind-the-scenes featurettes. There are also profiles of all the main characters: Brandon (Jason Priestley), Brenda (Doherty), Dylan (Luke Perry), Kelly (Jenny Garth), Donna (Tori Spelling), Steve (Ian Ziering), Andrea (Gabrielle Carteris) and David (Brian Austin Green).

FINALLY!

Mos Def was arrested Thursday night at the VMA's, August 31, and was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released early Friday morning.

According to authorities, at around 10 p.m. Mos and his camp set up shop right outside of Radio City Hall, soon after which he was asked to cease and desist out of respect for the crowd's safety.

Dante Smith, close friend to Mos, told MTV News "that the NYPD initially asked the rapper and his entourage whether they had a permit to perform on the street and, when officers were told that the gig was legit, they let the one-song concert go on." Per a statement released Friday by Mos Def's publicist, he actually did not have a permit.

It was then, according to MTV's source, that additional cops approached the group and ordered the operation shut down. Mos Def was performing and was not aware of the order, the person said, and police started arresting members of his entourage, including Mos Def's brother.

Mos Def's rep, Carleen Donovan, said in a statement."Mos Def chose to use his voice to speak for those who are losing their own during this critical period of reconstruction. [He] was in the middle of performing and as soon as he was made aware of the police's presence, he shut everything down. His staff and team were willing to comply as well but the police overreacted. Mos Def was not charged but given a summons for operating a sound-reproduction device without a permit, which he is going to contest."

Jennifer Aniston and the photographer, Peter Brandt, that she sued for taking topless photos of her have finally reached a settlement.

"It's a confidential settlement. The matter was amicably resolved," Jennifer's attorney John Lavely said Friday.

Jennifer dropped her lawsuit against Peter in return for his promise that he would never publish the images.

It doesn't get any duffer than when a drunk middle age woman from LA causes a car crash. For those of you who havn't heard yet, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi wer in a car accident in LA this past Friday, Sept 1.

It was a three-vehicle collision that occurred after a woman identified as Jeanne Werber, 52, slammed her 2002 Porsche Carrera into the back of a Buick, which then collided into Ellen's car. Jeanne Werber was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

No one required medical attention. DeGeneres "had a little neck and back pain, but it doesn't look like it was anything serious," LAPD Sgt. Ken Buscarino told the Associated Press. De Rossi complained of back pain; the men in the Buick suffered scratches.

DeGeneres's car sustained some small damage.

Eminem has joined forces with Nike to create a limited edition run of the iconic Air Max series to benefit his Marshall Mathers Foundation, which provides funds for organizations working with troubled youth in southeast Michigan; and ninemillion.org, a global campaign led by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), with founding partners Nike and Microsoft to raise awareness of the world's refugee youth.

He's designing limited-edition uppers of eight different shoes in the Air Max series: from the Air Max '87 through the most recent Air Max 360.

Lil' Kim is in legal trouble once again...

Tanya Stephens, a Jamaican reggae singer/songwriter, filed suit in a Manhattan federal court last week, claims that Lil' Kim had stolen lyrics from her for her 2005 album, The Naked Truth.

The two met in 1999, when Kim flew Tanya to New York to record for one of her albums. Tanya says that the lyrics of Kim's track "Durty" match almost verbatim with her song "Mi and Mi God" recorded in Jamaica and released in 1997.

Tanya wants to retain the rights to it and receive all past and future royalties.

"The lawsuit against Atlantic Records and Lil' Kim is the result of Royalty Networks Inc's failed attempts to extract unreasonable sums and percentages of Lil' Kim's new song for an interpolated use of a song, which happens all the time in hip-hop," said Lil' Kim's attorney L. Londell McMillan

"There are no damages to Tanya Stephens, they never objected until after their efforts failed, and Kim was and remains willing to be fair. This matter should have been resolved but it appears to be another money and media play at Lil' Kim's expense. This issue was no secret. Kim was advised licenses were obtained by those who handle clearances at the time. We shall defend this action," continued McMillan.

Matthew Broderick broke his collarbone while on vacation in Ireland. He fell off a horse Sunday. He was treated and released from a hospital the same day. First Madonna falls from the horse...and now Matthew? How much more diva-ness can a horse take?

Foxy Brown received three years probation (not bad) for the two counts of third degree assault (this assault being Foxy hit a manicurist with her cell phone because she was unsatified with her mani/pedi). She was ordered to attend anger management courses. In addition, the two victims received orders of protection from Miss Foxy.

So after about a half-hour after pleading guilty, Foxy decided...she's innocent. She then asked the judge if she could withdraw it because she felt rushed. Survey said...no way you duff biiiatch! The judge told her she needed to file a written request and it would then be reviewed.

Tom Cruise has found some new investors for his company C/W Productions.

The company will be backed by Washington Redskins owner Daniel M. Snyder, Six Flags CEO Mark Shapiro, and Dwight Schar of NVR, Inc., a residential construction and mortgage banking concern. These fools have got to be Scientologists...or about to join the cult!

Meredith Vieira tells Time magazine that she "needed to think ahead" and no longer watches "The View".

"But I have to admit," she says, "the day after Star (Jones) made her announcement (about leaving), I watched. I feel very sad for everything that's happened and for everybody involved. I'm proud of the work we did there, but it's not a good time in the history of that show. It's hard to watch. It sort of became a joke."

Asked if she'd grown tired of "The View", she says: "Not tired, but I'd been doing it for nine years. The positive side was that it was like a wonderful, comfortable pair of slippers. But you can become so blasé."

Trey Anastasio has moved on to form his own indie label, Rubber Jungle.

He will launch with his new album "Bar 17," due October 3 and then tour the US.

The beginning of the tour is start with two shows at New York's Webster Hall on October 8 and 9 where he will play the entire album in sequence with strings.

"Bar 17" features appearances from Phish's Mike Gordon and Jon Fishman, the Benevento/Russo Duo, John Medeski and percussionist Cyro Baptista, plus a collaboration with Anastasio's 10-year-old daughter, Eliza.

Eminem rumbles with one of Hugh Hefner's blond girlfriends, Kendra Wilkerson, at Eminem's music video shoot last week. Kendra was doused with water by the rapper on the set of "Smack That Ass," Eminem's duet with singer Akon. Kendra played Eminem's "love interest".

Kendra's agent Jonathan Baram told the NY Post Page Six, "Eminem came out of his trailer and threw water on her and was really disrespectful. He flipped out on her. She's a tough girl. She didn't take it, and they went at it - not physically but verbally."

Paul McCartney will be donating £1.6 million to Adopt-A-Minefield after dropping out from hosting at an event because of his crazy ass wife, Heather.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "It was built around the two of them hosting the gala. You can understand it's simply not possible for them to work together, although they remain patrons."

The event has now been cancelled after the charity failed to find a last-minute replacement host.

The charity's director Keith Kelly said: "The event was cancelled because losing Paul at such short notice meant it was difficult to replace him. He has offered to make a donation and pay for the gala not going ahead. This is not compensation and we have not asked for money.

Paul released a statement: "While I continue to be committed to Adopt-A-Minefield and its critical mission, given the current circumstances, I will not be able to attend the gala this year.

"I have every confidence that they will put on another great event and raise significant funds for the campaign's continuing work."

McFarlane Toys is making "Lost" figures that depicts memorable scenes from the show's first season. The scenes include Charlie painting his nails black, Jack staring hazily at the plane wreckage, and Locke staring into the hatch.

According to the official website, the figures will also include "a detailed prop reproduction central to the character's story, enabling fans to 'own' a piece of the show's mythology."

Oh snap! Tom Cruise was fired by Paramount Pictures...this can't end pretty.

The studio and Tom have ended their 14-year professional relationship. Tom's production company has been based on the Paramount lot since 1992. The studio blamed Tom's recent controversial behavior for the split. (Love it!)

Sumner Redstone, chairman of Paramount Pictures parent company Viacom, said that the studio would not renew its contract with Tom's Cruise/Wagner Productions.

"It's nothing to do with his acting ability, he's a terrific actor," Redstone said. "But we don't think that someone who effectuates creative suicide and costs the company revenue should be on the lot."

"As much as we like him personally, we thought it was wrong to renew his deal," said Redstone. "His recent conduct has not been acceptable to Paramount." Mr. Duff, Pete Doherty, was arrested again for seven counts of drug possession. Yes SEVEN!

The London police were suspicious of Mr. Duff for drug possession. The seven counts include: four counts of possessing Class A drugs cocaine and heroin, a count of possessing cocaine, and two counts of possessing Class C drug cannabis, reports the Daily Mail.

He spent the night in police custody and is now to appear before Thames Magistrates' Court, in Bow, east London.

The current charges are related to the charges that occurred in April of this year. Doherty was investigated because of pictures that showed him injecting a fan’s arm with heroin but that was dismissed (God knows why) because he claimed he was taking blood for his artwork (WHAT!! Artwork!!) and she agreed with that story (because she was high...DUFF!). Anyways, police searched the bloke's East London home and were actaully able to find illegal drugs...can you freakin believe it. Well I never! And the police arrested him again...cause there is nothing else they can do at that point but he was later released on bail.

The verdict is in about Mel Gibson...and according to TMZ:

Gibson has agreed to three years probation, but will avoid jail time. Gibson was ordered to attend one year of AA meetings. For the first four-and-a-half months he must attend five times a week. For the remainder of the time, he must attend three times a week. Gibson must also pay $1200 in fines and penalties as well as one hundred dollars in restitution.

Gibson volunteered to do a public service announcement on the hazards of driving under the influence. He also volunteered to enter a rehab program immediately.

Under the deal, Gibson pleaded no contest to driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher. The count of driving under the influence was dismissed. The infraction of driving with an open container of alcohol was also dismissed.

Under California law, Gibson will have his driver's license suspended for 90 days.

Johnny Depp reunites with Tim Burton in "Sweeney Todd," in an adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's musical about a 19th century barber seeking revenge against a judge who wrongful imprisoned him.

Their other films together are "Tim Burton's Corpse Bride," "Edward Scissorhands," "Ed Wood" and "Sleepy Hollow."

They plan on shooting "Sweeney Todd" early in 2007 and out in theaters late next year.

Pete Doherty lost his passport (in a drug induced evening possibly?) so he had to apply for a temporary travel document.

However, officials ruled the photographs he supplied broke their strict regulations (or maybe they just didnt want to re-issue his travel document cause he's a DUFF DRUG ADDICT) so his application was denied. This meant no performance for Petey and organisers had to cancel Babyshambles' show at Bar M as part of the Ibiza Rocks festival.

The Rolling Stones are travelling on their 'A Bigger Bang' world tour but had to cancel their Spain concert due to Mick Jagger having laryngitis.

Mick said, "I always love playing in Spain, but unfortunately I have no other choice and I apologise to everyone who bought tickets. I am very sorry to be cancelling this show."

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards have "amicably resolved" their issues.

These "issues" are the restraining order against Charlie since April which keep him at least 300 yards away from Denise and their two daughters; her claims that her supposedly drug-and-gambling-addict husband had threatened to kill her; Charlie's alleged porn and prostitute habits; and Denise's overall fear for her safety.

The restraining order, which was initially extended last month has in fact been dropped and there no official judgment was rendered pertaining to the divorce and no upcoming court dates have been scheduled.

Mr. La Bamba, Lou Diamond Phillips, was arrested TODAY, Friday August 11, for alleged domestic violence. Yikes!

He was arrested in the morning at his home in LA after an alleged dispute with his girlfriend, makeup artist Yvonne Boismier.
Police arrived on the scene at 1:30 am., gathered evidence, and then arrested the duffed out Lou for assault with a deadly weapon...the deadly weapon they speak of was bodily force. DUFF!

So La Bamba was taken to the local police precinct and held on $50,000 bond. However, he was released on his own recognizance without posting bail at about 11:45 a.m.
